My Advice : NONE . You shouldn't be buying any skills from the instructor & adding any skills when you're a novice. You should save your sp which is a total of 21 when you reached apprentice .[/color]
Apprentice
Critical Shot - A basic long ranged magic spell that uses one's force -
Repulsive Armour - Increase the caster's defense rank
Precision - Increase the caster's attack rank .Which one should I add ?
My Advice : Critical Shot and Repulsive Armour. Critical Shot provides high damage which is important and useful , while Repulsive Armour increases your armour defend which is very useful because force archers have quite low hp.
Try not to add Precision as it will be taken over by Eagle Eyes when your magic rank is regular. [/color]

Explosion Shot - Shoot one's concentrated energy to a target, causing an explosion
Eagle Eye - Increase the caster's hit rate and attack rangeWhich one should I add ?
My Advice : Explosion Shot & Eagle Eye should be the one you should add. Explosion Shot is another skills that can cause high damage to monsters / enemies. It also has fast cool down time. Eagle eye is the only skill that can take over Precision skill. It increases your attack level and effective range.
Expert
Poison Arrow - Shoot a magic arrow that poisons its enemy
Lower Defense - Decrease the defense of an enemyWhich one should I add ?
My Advice : None. But if you want , you may also buy those elemental cannon skills too.
A.Expert
Shadow Shot - Summon an arrow from the shadow of an enemy
Mana Condense - Increase one's magic attack strength
Vital Force - Increases your maximum hp.Which one should I add ?
My Advice : Add all these 3. They're useful in different ways.
Master
Great Heal - Restores a great amount of HP.
Vital Bless - Greatly increase the HP restoration rate for a short duration
Drill Shot - This is the first skill can give over 300 high DMG.Which one should I add ?
My Advice : Add Great Heal & Drill Shot will do. If you wanna add Vital Bless , you may too.
A.Master
Prisimic Arrow - Powerful hit.My Advice : MUST LEARN.

Gravity Distortion - Destructive arrow that distorts time and spaceShould I add this ?
Yes , of course. You may want to max it or leave it at lvl 18.[/color]
3) How To Add Stats For Force Archer ?
There is only one way . The only way is to follow your growth level.
Example : Growth Level 10 STR 13 INT 35 DEX 25
This means that by level 10 , your STR should be 13 , INT should be 35 and DEX should be 25.
4) Where To Train & Earn Alz -
-Doing quest should be the best way for training and for earning Alz . At the level of 40 and above , you would like to surf around cabal to find a suitable training spot.
